When our electricians complete any electrical work in your home, we issue you with an installation certificate to confirm that the installation meets BS7671 requirements. It’s worth noting that we can only add or alter your existing electrics if they are in good condition.
In instances where your electrics are faulty, experienced electricians are needed to carry out fault finding. Our NICEIC-certified electricians can diagnose and identify the faults that may be causing your electrics to operate incorrectly. Utilizing specialized equipment, experienced electricians can quickly trace faults and restore power to your home.
Once the engineer has completed the inspection, they will provide a detailed report outlining any faults found and recommendations for remedial works. We offer a fixed hourly rate for all fault finding services, as detailed below.
If you have concerns about your electrics, we offer a free visual check conducted remotely. However, if you prefer a more thorough inspection by an electrician at your home, we can provide this service at a fixed cost.
During the inspection, our electrician will open up your fusebox and examine some of the switches and sockets throughout your home. Basic tests will be conducted to assess the condition and age of your wiring. We’ll then provide you with a small report detailing the findings, including the likelihood of when rewiring may be necessary and any recommended upgrades to improve the system.

We do not charge a call out fee but charge one hour minimum to attend then bill for each 15 min interval.
Our electrical teams are suitably qualified to the 18th Edition wiring regulations and hold additional safety qualifications such as Asbestos Awareness, to practise safe working in your home.
